Description
The 5 by 5 Rocky Mountain elk comes from Powell County in Western Montana. This elk has unusually long brow tines. The asymmetrical mosaic was created with pieces of polished Montana Moss Agate, highlighted with Montana garnets and outlined with black agates. We collected the Montana Moss Agates from the ancestral Yellowstone River bed in Eastern Montana. The Montana garnets were collected in the Beaverhead area in Western Montana.
